Talk to Chef Patrick and he exudes a sense of confidence and pride about his Robatayaki craft. Not surprising, considering that the bulk of clientele are his loyal regulars who faithfully throng this Tokyo-ish 2nd floor outlet. But blessed are those who venture up the mere steps as his passionately grilled delicacies, airflown from Japan 4 times weekly, promises a palette retreat like none other. If only we have a Onsen right at our central courtyard.

Take a leaf out of Singapura's history books, one can be forgiven for thinking that such a brand name is the brainchild of burly alpha-males obssessed with beards and moustaches. Nothing further from the truth when you meet Lewis and Derrick, trendy and driven men, on a mission to bring the London barber experience to the doorstep of discerning homme. As they would proudly share that you are sitting on the Rolls-Royce of barber chairs, it is no exaggeration that the modern man is in for a pamper extravaganza.
